On 28th June 1382 Warin Lisle 2nd Baron Lisle died. His daughter Margaret succeeded 3rd Baroness Lisle of Kingston Lisle in Oxfordshire. On 20th March 1391 Margaret Lisle Baroness Berkeley 3rd Baroness Lisle died at Wotton under Edge, Gloucestershire. Thomas Berkeley 10th and 5th Baron Berkeley, Baron Lisle continued to hold Baron Lisle of Kingston Lisle in Oxfordshire by courtesy.
