Biography of Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon 1890-1978

On 28th July 1890 Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon was born to [her father] Herbert Woodfield Paul (age 37).

In 1911 Algernon Hyde Villiers (age 24) and Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon (age 20) were married.

On 23rd November 1917 [her husband] Algernon Hyde Villiers (age 31) was killed in action at Cambrai [Map] while serving with the Lothians & Border Horse, attached to the Machine Gun Corps.

On 6th November 1919 Walter Gibbs 2nd Baron Hunsdon 4th Baron Aldenham (age 31) and Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon (age 29) were married at St Martin in the Fields Church [Map].

On 18th May 1922 [her son] Antony Gibbs 3rd Baron Hunsdon 5th Baron Aldenham was born to [her husband] Walter Gibbs 2nd Baron Hunsdon 4th Baron Aldenham (age 33) and Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon (age 31). He married 16th July 1947 Mary Elizabeth Tyser Baroness Hunsdon and Aldenham and had issue.

On 22nd May 1935 [her father-in-law] Herbert Gibbs 1st Baron Hunsdon (age 81) died. His son [her husband] Walter (age 46) succeeded 2nd Baron Hunsdon of Hunsdon of Briggens Hertfordshire. Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon (age 44) by marriage Baroness Hunsdon of Hunsdon of Briggens Hertfordshire.

On 4th August 1935 [her father] Herbert Woodfield Paul (age 82) died.

On 21st March 1939 Gerald Gibbs 3rd Baron Aldenham (age 60) died. His first cousin [her husband] Walter (age 50) succeeded 4th Baron Aldenham of Aldenham in Hertfordshire. Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon (age 48) by marriage Baroness Aldenham of Aldenham in Hertfordshire.

On 16th July 1947 [her son] Antony Gibbs 3rd Baron Hunsdon 5th Baron Aldenham (age 25) and [her daughter-in-law] Mary Elizabeth Tyser Baroness Hunsdon and Aldenham were married.

On 17th July 1978 Beatrix Elinor Paul Baroness Aldenham and Hunsdon (age 87) died.
