The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

On 22nd November 1790 Bishop Charles Richard Sumner to Robert Sumner.
In 1826 Bishop Charles Richard Sumner was consecrated Bishop of Llandaff.
In 1827 Bishop Charles Richard Sumner was appointed Bishop of Winchester.
On 27th December 1830 Lucius Cary 10th Viscount Falkland (age 27) and Amelia Fitzclarence Viscountess Falkland (age 23) were married at the Brighton Royal Pavilion. King William IV (age 65) gave away his daughter. The service was conducted by Bishop Charles Richard Sumner. She the illegitmate daughter of King William IV of the United Kingdom and Dorothea Bland aka "Mrs Jordan".

In 1841 William John Butler (age 22) was ordained by Bishop Charles Richard Sumner and presented to the Curacy of Dogmersfield, under Charles Dyson.
On 15th August 1874 Bishop Charles Richard Sumner died.
