Jean de Waurin's Chronicle of England Volume 6 Books 3-6: The Wars of the Roses
Jean de Waurin was a French Chronicler, from the Artois region, who was born around 1400, and died around 1474. Waurin’s Chronicle of England, Volume 6, covering the period 1450 to 1471, from which we have selected and translated Chapters relating to the Wars of the Roses, provides a vivid, original, contemporary description of key events some of which he witnessed first-hand, some of which he was told by the key people involved with whom Waurin had a personal relationship.

On 20th July 1931 Gerard Henry Fleetwood Fuller 2nd Baronet (age 25) and Fiona Pratt were married. They were divorced in 1944. She by marriage Lady Fuller of Neston Park in Corsham in Wiltshire. She the daughter of John Pratt 4th Marquess Camden (age 59) and Joan Marion Neville Marchioness Camden (age 54).
On 22nd February 1935 [his mother] Norah Jacintha Phipps Lady Fuller (age 56) died.
On 18th December 1936 [his son] John William Fleetwood Fuller 3rd Baronet was born to Gerard Henry Fleetwood Fuller 2nd Baronet (age 30) and [his wife] Fiona Pratt Countess Normanton.
On 15th December 1943 [his father-in-law] John Pratt 4th Marquess Camden (age 71) died. His son [his brother-in-law] John (age 44) succeeded 5th Marquess Camden, 5th Earl Brecknock, 6th Earl Camden, 6th Viscount Bayham of Bayham Abbey in Kent, 6th Baron Camden of Camden Place in Kent.
On 30th October 1944 Edward Agar 5th Earl Normanton (age 34) and [his wife] Fiona Pratt Countess Normanton were married. She by marriage Countess Normanton. She the daughter of [his father-in-law] John Pratt 4th Marquess Camden and [his mother-in-law] Joan Marion Neville Marchioness Camden (age 67). He the son of Sidney James Agar 4th Earl Normanton and Amy Frederica Alice Byng Countess Normanton. They were fifth cousins.

Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.
