Before 23rd August 1637 [his father] Dean Thomas Turner (age 46) and [his mother] Margaret Windebank were married.
In September 1645 Thomas Turner was born to Dean Thomas Turner (age 54) and Margaret Windebank.
On 10th May 1662 Thomas Turner (age 16) matriculated at Hart Hall Hertford College, Oxford University.
On 6th October 1663 Thomas Turner (age 18) was admitted to a Gloucestershire scholarship at Corpus, of which he became fellow in 1672. He graduated B.A. on 15 March 1666, M.A. in 1669, B.D. in 1677, and D.D. in 1683.
In 1672 Thomas Turner (age 26) was appointed Vicar of Milton, near Sittingbourne, Kent, which office he held until 1695.
On 8th October 1672 [his father] Dean Thomas Turner (age 81) died. He was buried in the Dean's Chapel Canterbury Cathedral.
In 1680 Thomas Turner (age 34) was appointed Rector of Thorley, Hertfordshire, which office he held until 1689.
John Evelyn's Diary. 20th December 1685. Dr Turner (age 40), brother to ye [his brother] Bp. of Ely (age 48), and sometime Tutor to my son, preach'd at Whitehall [Map] on 8 Mark 38, concerning ye submission of Christians to their persecutors, in were some passages indiscreete enough, considering ye time, and the rage of the inhumane French tyrant against the poore Protestants.
In 1688 Thomas Turner (age 42) became rector of Fulham, Middlesex, archdeacon of Essex in 1680, canon of Ely in 1686, canon of St Paul's Cathedral in 1682, and precentor in 1690.
In 1706 Thomas Turner (age 60) began what are now the Fellows' buildings at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, to a design attributed to Henry Aldrich. They were completed in 1712.
On 29th April 1714 Thomas Turner (age 68) died.
