On 25th September 1715 Daniel Byrne 2nd Baronet (age 39) died. His son John (age 10) succeeded 3rd Baronet Byrne of Timogue in Queen's County.

In January 1741 John Byrne aka Leicester 3rd Baronet (age 36) died. His son Peter (age 9) succeeded 4th Baronet Leicester of Timogue in Queen's County.
