On 26th November 1635 [her father] Henry Murray of Berkhampstead and [her mother] Anne Bayning Viscountess Bayning (age 16) were married.

Around 1650 Elizabeth Murray was born to [her father] Henry Murray of Berkhampstead and [her mother] Anne Bayning Viscountess Bayning (age 30).

Before September 1672 [her father] Henry Murray of Berkhampstead died.

Around 1st May 1673 Randolph Egerton of Betley (age 54) and Elizabeth Murray (age 23) were married. The difference in their ages was 31 years.

In 1674 [her mother] Anne Bayning Viscountess Bayning (age 54) was created 1st Viscountess Bayning for life.

Before 1678 [her step-father] John Baber (age 52) and [her mother] Anne Bayning Viscountess Bayning (age 58) were married.

In October 1678 [her mother] Anne Bayning Viscountess Bayning (age 59) died. Viscount Bayning extinct.

The History of William Marshal was commissioned by his son shortly after William’s death in 1219 to celebrate the Marshal’s remarkable life; it is an authentic, contemporary voice. The manuscript was discovered in 1861 by French historian Paul Meyer. Meyer published the manuscript in its original Anglo-French in 1891 in two books. This book is a line by line translation of the first of Meyer’s books; lines 1-10152. Book 1 of the History begins in 1139 and ends in 1194. It describes the events of the Anarchy, the role of William’s father John, John’s marriages, William’s childhood, his role as a hostage at the siege of Newbury, his injury and imprisonment in Poitou where he met Eleanor of Aquitaine and his life as a knight errant. It continues with the accusation against him of an improper relationship with Margaret, wife of Henry the Young King, his exile, and return, the death of Henry the Young King, the rebellion of Richard, the future King Richard I, war with France, the death of King Henry II, and the capture of King Richard, and the rebellion of John, the future King John. It ends with the release of King Richard and the death of John Marshal.

On 20th October 1681 [her husband] Randolph Egerton of Betley (age 62) died. His wife Elizabeth Murray (age 31) remarried [her future husband] Charles Egerton of Newborough (age 27). His relationship to her first husband is unknown.

In or before 1693 [her son-in-law] William Paulett (age 26) and [her daughter] Anne Egerton were married. He the son of Charles Paulet 1st Duke Bolton (age 62) and Mary Scrope 6th Marchioness Winchester. They were fifth cousins.

On 30th January 1712 Elizabeth Murray (age 62) died.

Before 11th December 1717 Charles Egerton of Newborough (age 63) and Elizabeth Murray were married. He the son of John Egerton 2nd Earl Bridgewater and Elizabeth Cavendish Countess Bridgewater.

On 11th December 1717 [her former husband] Charles Egerton of Newborough (age 63) died.

In 1797 [her great grandson] Charles Townshend 1st Baron Bayning (age 67) was created 1st Baron Bayning of Foxley in Berkshire. He was a decendant on his mother's side of [her mother] Anne Bayning Viscountess Bayning by her daughter Elizabeth Murray and her daughter [her daughter] Anne Egerton mother of [her granddaughter] Henrietta Paulett who was his mother. Annabella Smith-Powlett (age 42) by marriage Baroness Bayning of Foxley in Berkshire.

[her daughter] Anne Egerton was born to Charles Egerton of Newborough and Elizabeth Murray. She married in or before 1693 her fifth cousin William Paulett, son of Charles Paulet 1st Duke Bolton and Mary Scrope 6th Marchioness Winchester, and had issue.
