After 1683 Philip Wenman 3rd Viscount Wenman [aged 73] obtained a new patent for Viscount Wenman of Tuam, since his only son had died childless, with remainder to his great-nephew, Richard Wenman 4th Viscount Wenman [aged 26].
In 1686 Philip Wenman 3rd Viscount Wenman [aged 76] died without male issue. His great nephew Richard [aged 29] succeeded 4th Viscount Wenman of Tuam.
On 1st March 1690 Richard Wenman 4th Viscount Wenman [aged 33] died. His son Richard [aged 2] succeeded 5th Viscount Wenman of Tuam, 3rd Baronet Wenman of Caswell.
On 28th November 1729 Richard Wenman 5th Viscount Wenman [aged 41] died. His son Philip [aged 10] succeeded 6th Viscount Wenman of Tuam, 4th Baronet Wenman of Caswell.
On 16th August 1760 Philip Wenman 6th Viscount Wenman [aged 40] died. His son Philip [aged 18] succeeded 7th Viscount Wenman of Tuam, 5th Baronet Wenman of Caswell. Anne Eleanora Bertie Viscountess Wenman [aged 23] by marriage Viscountess Wenman of Tuam.
On 26th March 1800 Philip Wenman 7th Viscount Wenman [aged 57] died. Viscount Wenman of Tuam and Baronet Wenman of Caswell extinct.
